I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The double room was unexpectedly cozy and had a very comfy bed, making my nights truly comfortable. The cleaning staff were attentive and thorough. The service was top-notch, with a lovely touch of a welcome drink upon arrival. The location was fantastic, offering a great view and a peaceful ambiance, although a jacuzzi would have been a nice addition. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the freshly made English breakfast. Overall, a great value for money experience that I can't wait to repeat.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, with a high topped bath that my husband adored, and a large walk-in monsoon shower that I preferred. The only downside was that the rooms got very hot, even with the window open and the fan on. The service was top-notch, and I even received a welcome drink upon arrival. The location was superb, just a short walk from the center of lakeside, although the steep slope might be challenging for some. The dining experience was delightful, with a lovely selection of high-quality food, but it did cost an extra £5 for certain items. The facilities were great overall, especially the pool area.
